About SICI
SICI is focused on understanding how change happens and how meaningful impact is created.
We study how systems behave, how institutions and organisations change, and how impact can be understood, strengthened and measured.
We bring that understanding into our work with organisations that are trying to create, manage or respond to change. Our aim is to help them make clearer decisions, strengthen their capabilities and turn their objectives into work that can be put into practice.
Technology and AI are part of how we approach these problems from the outset. We use our experience in both to build practical tools and systems around real needs, whether that means improving an existing process, supporting better decisions or creating a new capability altogether.
This can mean helping them clarify direction, strengthen internal systems, improve how they fund or communicate their work, understand a complex issue, or build a new tool or process around a specific need.
We also publish research and intelligence on issues we think matter. When we see a recurring problem that could be addressed through a better system or technology, we may develop a product or independent initiative around it.
Working across client projects, research and our own tools helps us stay close to real needs, test ideas in practice and bring what we learn back into our work with organisations.
